The Melamine Wall Cabinet is made of E1 grade environmentally friendly melamine board and is a high-strength wall-mounted storage cabinet suitable for bathrooms, kitchens and commercial spaces. 

 

Manufacturing Process

 

CNC Precision Cutting: Panel dimensional error controlled within ±0.2 mm.

 

Edge Banding: PUR hot-melt edge banding is used, reducing the likelihood of cracking at the cabinet edges.

 

Melamine Surface Treatment: Scratch resistance rating reaches ≥2N.

 

Moisture-proof Treatment: After moisture-proof treatment, the 24-hour water absorption expansion rate of the panels is <8%.
