Our factory was established in 2006 and is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It is equipped with fully automated flexible customization production systems from Homag (Germany), 5 material cutting production lines, 8 edge banding production lines, as well as equipment such as grooving machines and drilling machines. With an annual output of 300,000 sets of kitchen cabinets and 100,000 sets of whole-house furniture, the factory holds ISO certification and work safety certificates.
The use of high-precision wood electric sawing mac -hines is suitable for various cutting and processing needs,with the following advantages:
1.High definition touch screen control system;
2.PC control system;
3.Adopting a flexible double clamping structure,the minimum clamp size can achieve 45mm;
4.The main saw motor is 25HP(18.5KW),and the maximum saw plate thickness can reach 100mm;
5.The movement of the saw car adopts a gear rack method,which is stable,reliable,and not easy to wear and tear;
6.The mechanical arm adopts a high-precision worm gear reducer imported from Switzerland to cut the
plate,with a cutting accuracy of ±0.1.
This KDT series is efficient automatic double- end edge banding machine.It is with further optimized frame structure and the use of imported screw drive.The structure ensures precise synchronization between the two edge banding machines,and the main control interface allows for intuitive and quick adjustment of settings.The machine can significantly improve production efficiency and are also the best supporting equipment for automated production lines.
