Design and confirmation

If the customer has any modification suggestions for the preliminary plan, the design team will conduct in-depth design according to the feedback and further optimize the design details of the cabinet, such as the internal structure and the selection of hardware accessories, until the customer is satisfied.After the customer confirms the final design plan, both parties sign a formal customization contract to clarify terms such as product specifications, price, delivery time, payment method, and after-sales service.

Production and manufacturing

The factory conducts production and processing of cabinets according to the design drawings, including processes such as sheet cutting, edge banding, drilling, and assembly. During the production process, quality control standards are strictly implemented, and each process is inspected to ensure product quality.

Packaging and transportation

Qualified cabinets are packaged. Usually, materials such as pearl cotton, foam boards, and cartons are used for protection to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation. For some large or special-shaped cabinet components, customized packaging may be required. According to customer requirements and contract agreements, arrange appropriate transportation methods such as sea transportation, air transportation, and land transportation.
