As the core furniture in the kitchen, cabinets not only affect the aesthetic appearance but also determine the user experience. Mastering the following key points can effectively avoid impulsive consumption:

First, focus on material safety. For cabinet bodies, it is recommended to choose E0-grade environmentally friendly particleboard, with a formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.05mg/m³. For cabinet doors, you can select PET skin-feel film (scratch-resistant and easy to clean) or solid wood (excellent texture but requires maintenance) based on your budget. For countertops, quartz stone is preferred (high hardness and oil-resistant), while artificial marble that is prone to staining should be avoided. Be sure to ask the merchant for material testing reports and sign an environmental protection commitment letter.

Second, emphasize functional adaptability. Plan the layout according to the kitchen area: L-shaped or straight-line designs are suitable for small kitchens, while U-shaped layouts can be tried for large kitchens. For storage, it is necessary to balance partitioning; drawer-style designs are more convenient for accessing items than traditional floor cabinet doors. The height of wall cabinets should be easy to open with a raised hand (usually 1.5-1.6 meters from the ground). Choose well-known brands (such as Hettich and Blum) for hardware, and hinges should have a buffer function to avoid closing noise.

Finally, pay attention to service integrity. Priority should be given to brands that provide one-stop services including "measurement - design - installation - after-sales". During measurement, confirm the connection between water and electricity points and cabinets. After installation, check the countertop joints (should be less than 0.5mm) and the flatness of cabinet doors (error should not exceed 2mm), and keep the after-sales contact information to ensure timely repair in case of problems such as cracks or hardware damage.

There is no need to pursue high prices when choosing cabinets. The best choice is to fit the family's cooking habits while balancing safety and practicality.
